05 May Soccer kicks off

Wasn’t it fantastic to see 3 Spencer Park soccer teams playing in the Albany Junior Soccer Association on Saturday?  The sunshine came out to warm up the pitch for our super excited Under 7s team who all played their “first…ever…awesome…soccer…game!” and they had a GREAT time.

Our Under 8s showed great teamwork and confidence early on resulting in scoring the first goal of the season…GOAL!!!  Our Under 10s team played a tough game but spectators and supporters were impressed that they didn’t give up.  The whole team kept trying and upheld our school value – ‘Doing Your Best’. Well done!

We look forward to cheering our 3 Spencer Park teams on throughout the season and watching them develop their soccer skills.  Go Spencer Park!
