09 May SOUP SEASON is on its way!
Growing and maintaining a vegetable garden forms part of the SPPS Biology program. This week students from Room 1 harvested leek and removed weeds from their gardens with Ms Edwards. Lucky ‘soup season’ is around the corner, because collectively, Room 1 harvested over 40 leeks! 
WOW! That’s impressive. There’s nothing quite like homemade potato and leek soup. Students took their fresh produce home, and the rest were given to our canteen chef, Mrs Arta, to work her food magic
