Spencer Park Primary School\u2019s <span style=\"color: #233e93;\"><strong>Room 24 students have impressive architectural skills<\/strong> <\/span>and can build a new bridge to save the day. During Book Week, our superstar Year 1 students read the book Iggy Peck Architect with Miss Stephenson. They continued their learning about architecture in<strong><span style=\"color: #233e93;\"> Design and Technology<\/span><\/strong> where they were challenged to work in groups of two or three to plan, design and build a bridge. The materials they were given for the build included paper, straws, string, pop sticks, sticky tape, blu tack and scissors. Once they finished building their bridges they had to assess their design and make changes to strengthen their bridges <span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/ted\/1.5\/16\/1f309.png\" alt=\"&#x1f309;\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/>\u00a0 They are very proud of their architectural achievements, <a href=\"https:\/\/spencerparkps.wa.edu.au\/portfolio_page\/architecturalskills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span
