25 Feb New look assembly for Term 1

This morning we held our first whole of school SPPS assembly for 2022 BUT unfortunately it did not look like our traditional assembly format. Instead, our students remained in their classrooms and our student leaders delivered an online assembly via teams.

We had a few teething hiccups at the start but we are pleased to say, our staff and student leaders persisted and overcame the technological challenges. Great job! That’s what we like to see.

We understand it’s disappointing for our SPPS families who missed out, we know you enjoy sharing in our assembly items so we have taken these photos to share with you.

We are proud of the resilience our staff and students have shown in response to the current situation. Room 8 will be presenting the next assembly item online and we’re very much looking forward to it.
