The website for connect is: http://connect.det.wa.edu.au or use any of the links on the school’s website.
How do I get my username and password?
You should have received an invitation from Spencer Park Primary School to join our Connect community. There are a number of reasons why you may not have received an invitation to join:
– The school does not have a valid email address for you.
– Our invitation has been filtered by your email’s junk email filter.
If you haven’t received an invitation to join Connect, please email, SMS on 0437 619 154 or telephone us on 08 6821 3000.

No, parents and carers have separate Connect accounts from students. You must use your parent specific Connect account in order to view reports and contact teachers.
My child does not have a Connect account.
All students are automatically registered with Connect as soon as they are enrolled at the school. Typically, student user names are formatted as Firstname.Lastname (for instance, Fred.Smith), though some students do have numbers after their name (for instance Fred.Smith3).
Don’t worry if your child does not know their login ID or can’t remember their password; you can email, SMS on 0437 619 154 or telephone us on 08 6821 3000 and our office staff will be able to provide you with the necessary details.
My child has no classroom or work in Connect, is something wrong?
Assignments, tasks, and homework show up in Connect once the teacher has uploaded them. Some subjects will have less Connect content due to the practical nature of the subject. The best way to contact a teacher is via email. You can email us, we will pass the email on to your child(ren)’s teacher, who will then contact you directly by reply email or telephone.
