These are just some of the actions we do in our daily fitness programs. Daily physical activity is essential in developing and building a happier, healthier and stronger school community. Through our daily fitness at SPPS we continue to see improved student focus and concentration, attainment, attendance and boosted mental well being.
Our physical activity programs were boosted last week with the completion of the new fitness obstacle course. Students were delighted to try out the new fitness equipment and are very much looking forward to incorporating it into their daily physical activity challenges. We hear there may be an Annual Obstacle Challenge in the planning with our staff to set the first course records!! What do you think?
